SVDA Board of Director’s Elections
ATTENTION SVDA MEMBERS:
Board Member elections for 2022-2024 term will be held on December 4, 2021 at our Fall Awards Banquet before the dart shoot begins.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the SVDA Board of Director’s, you must send in a Letter of Intent 30 days prior to elections on December 4th.

The deadline for Letters of Intent is November 4th, 2021.
Any letters received afterwards, will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Board Member terms are 2 years. Board meetings occur every last Tuesday of the month.
Board members participation is not limited to meetings; Members will help run dart shoots, among various other tasks.
There are 8 Member at Large positions and 5 Officer positions; to run for an Officer position, it is required that you are on the SVDA Board as a Member at Large for 1 year.
MEMBERS AT LARGE – Responsible for (but not limited to) attending meetings, helping run shoots, helping with the Camellia Classic, etc.
OFFICER POSITIONS
RESULTS SECRETARY – Responsible for (but not limited to) league results, liaison with team captains, runs the captain’s meeting, etc.
TREASURER – Responsible for (but not limited to) managing the league bank accounts, keeping and maintaining financial records, etc.
SECRETARY – Responsible for (but not limited to) taking meeting minutes, league calendars, record keeping, etc.
VICE PRESIDENT – Responsible for (but not limited to) assisting the SVDA President, liaison with sponsors, among various other tasks.
PRESIDENT – Oversee the league and Board of Director’s, run meetings, League figure head, etc.
